Nadine White - Chair
Nadine has been involved in Democratic politics and civic life since the 1970s, beginning with the Mercer County Young Democrats and her first campaign supporting Senator Dee Huddleston. Over the years, she has worked on numerous local campaigns, driven by a strong belief in grassroots organizing and community engagement. After a career in state government, Nadine returned to active political involvement following her retirement. Guided by her faith and commitment to equity, she believes in the inherent dignity and worth of every person and continues to work toward a more just and inclusive community as Chair of the organization.

Chris Walker - Vice Chair
Chris is a proud Mercer County native who has been dedicated to public service and civic engagement from an early age. After graduating early in 2018, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Political Science and began building a career in political campaign management, grassroots organizing, and advocacy. Chris has worked on campaigns at both the state and national levels, gaining valuable experience in connecting with voters and advancing community-focused initiatives. Now back in Kentucky, he is committed to using his experience to strengthen local communities and support meaningful change through his work with the Mercer County Democratic Party.

Dr. Ian Nagy - Member
Ian is a pharmacist by training and currently serves as a corporate director for a national pharmacy chain. He is an active community leader, serving on the executive boards of the James Harrod Trust and as president of the Harrodsburg Historical Society. Ian has been deeply involved in state-level Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) reform efforts to promote fair reimbursement for pharmacies and is guided by a strong commitment to human dignity, access to quality healthcare, historic preservation, and environmental stewardship.

Nathan Saucedo - Member
Nathan is a lifelong Kentuckian with deep roots in the Bluegrass, raised on his family’s historic farm in Casey County. A Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s degree from the University of Kentucky, he has spent more than 30 years serving individuals and families across Kentucky and the region in both clinical and leadership roles, and currently serves as Assistant to the CEO of a community mental health center serving ten counties. Nathan is also an active community leader, serving on multiple boards—including as President of Ragged Edge Community Theater—and contributing to local historic preservation efforts. He lives in Harrodsburg with his spouse and brings a strong commitment to service, collaboration, and community to his work with the Mercer County Democratic Party.
