Nadine has been involved in Democratic politics and civic life since the 1970s, beginning with the Mercer County Young Democrats and her first campaign supporting Senator Dee Huddleston. Over the years, she has worked on numerous local campaigns, driven by a strong belief in grassroots organizing and community engagement. After a career in state government, Nadine returned to active political involvement following her retirement. Guided by her faith and commitment to equity, she believes in the inherent dignity and worth of every person and continues to work toward a more just and inclusive community as Chair of the organization.

Ian is a pharmacist by training and currently serves as a corporate director for a national pharmacy chain. He is an active community leader, serving on the executive boards of the James Harrod Trust, the Harrodsburg Historical Society, and the Mercer County Democrats Executive Committee. Ian has been deeply involved in state-level Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) reform efforts to promote fair reimbursement for pharmacies and is guided by a strong commitment to human dignity, access to quality healthcare, historic preservation, and environmental stewardship.
